Early one quiet morning along Savannah’s Eastern Wharf, a thick blanket of fog settled over the Savannah River, softening the shoreline and making the opposite bank disappear completely from view. The still water mirrors the dock, creating a peaceful scene where everything seems to fade into the mist.
With nothing visible beyond the fog, the river feels almost endless—a fleeting moment of solitude and mystery captured before the city fully awakened.
Sometimes the most beautiful views are the ones you can’t see.
